With soft, puffy balloon clouds, iridescent fringe garland and silver mylar balloon in the shape of stars and moons, this backdrop creates the perfect setting for a classic slumber party. Get ready for lots of fun and the sound of happy giggles as your sleepover party guests snap selfies all night long! Follow the steps below to create the most magical focal point under the stars!
First, set up the Backdrop Banner Frame according to the instructions. Drape two Light Pink Plastic Tablecloths over the frame. Secure in place on the frame using glue dots.
Next, string up the White & Iridescent Fringe Backdrop across the frame. Secure each strip of fringe to both sides of the frame by tying it to the pole or attaching with glue dots. Start from the bottom and work your way upwards to avoid fringe being caught on sticky strips. Once you're happy with the placement, remove the double-sided tape from the back of each fringe strip and gently press against the tablecloths.
Hang the star garland, found in the Slumber Party Decor Kit, from the top corners of the backdrop frame.
Use a Balloon Pump to inflate four 36" White Jumbo Latex Balloons and a mix of 11" White Balloons and 5" White Balloons to create three garlands (two side garlands and one on top). Use 25-Ft. Balloon Decorating Strip to create each garland (measure the length against the frame). Insert balloon ties into the holes until the garland is full. Use the larger balloons on the bottom of the side garlands and insert smaller balloons as you go higher. Only use the 11" and 5" for the top garland.
Next, tie the side garlands to the top corners of the frame so they drape to the ground. String the remaining garland across the top of the frame. Use clamps to hold the garland to the middle of the top bar.
Inflate Star, Cloud and Moon Mylar Balloons and use glue dots to adhere them to the white cloud balloon garlands. I placed these larger mylar balloons on the corners and sides of my backdrop.
Inflate some of the Pink Sleepy Eye Balloons and use glue dots to attach them to the garland.
Add some width to the bottom of the side garlands by incorporating more cloud balloons and tissue honeycombs.
Next, add some larger Silver Star-Shaped 20" Mylar Balloons and 16" Pink Confetti Balloons for the slumber party squad to play with!
