Kids love sleepovers, and a slumber party isn't without yummy food & drinks. To avoid a long evening with perpetually hungry mouths to feed, try setting up a Milk & Cookie Bar that allows kids to satisfy the munchies in between activities! Breakfast is also easy when you have cereals at the ready the night before. Just wake up and add waffles or pancakes! Follow these easy steps and see how much the kids enjoy serving themselves!
First, create a simple backdrop for the milk & cookie bar using DIY Streamer Fencing Backdrop Decoration. Drape lavender and light pink streamers of varying lengths through the top rows of the fencing grid Tip: Cut your streamers to be long enough to cover the entire grid). Once filled, attach the grid to the wall using command hooks or nails.
Next, place a strip of Hot Pink Paper Streamer across the top of the backdrop to cover any exposed grid. Use glue dots to attach one of the cutouts from the Slumber Party Decor Kit to the middle of the streamer backdrop.
Start setting up the milk and cookie bar by adding Plastic Milk Bottles. Use a cutting machine to cut out the word "milk" in vinyl using your favorite font. Apply this and a simple heart to Plastic Milk Bottles. Place the finished plastic bottles on your food bar. Feel free to add Fresh Mint Green Paper Cups as an alternative to milk bottles. If you have a small fridge, place it close to the food bar or put the milk on ice and refresh as needed.
Cut the same heart shapes out of vinyl in a larger size (approx. 1") and apply to Short Jars. Spray the lids of the short jars lavender to match the color palette of the slumber party. Fill the jars with different types of marshmallows or fan favorites like Pokey Sticks that can be used as milk stirrers.
Display Milk Magic Straws and peppermint spoons inside Glass Jars and add to the table. These items all add delicious flavor to plain or hot milk. Be sure to set out some whipped cream to place on top of hot milk or hot chocolate!
Next, add cereal bowls, pink spoons and mini boxes of cereal for the morning.
For a kid recommended touch (yes, my daughter requested these!), place lucky charms marshmallows in mini cloches for doll tea parties.

Give a Donut Wall a slumber squad makeover! Paint it white and add a layer of food-safe shellac over the paint. After the paint has dried, cut out the word "Donuts" in your favorite font using aqua vinyl. Add a few simple hearts and stars to complete the slumber party look! Complete the donut wall by adding donuts!
