Like the theme song goes, "Thank You for Being A Friend"! Nothing pairs better with a Golden Girls themed party than tropical palm leaves, so why not thank your best gals for being a friend with a pair of thoughtful golden earrings adorned with pretty pink tropical leaves?

Begin by cutting three fern leaves per number of favors needed for your guests from a Square Faux Fern Greenery Mat. Set aside one leaf per guest, then trim the remaining leaves to just over an inch each.
Count out two DIY Unfinished Wood Large Circle Charms per guest and then head outdoors to spray paint them gold. Be sure to allow the first side to fully dry before flipping to paint the back.
While outside, spray paint two of the rounded palm leaves from a Faux Palm with Gold Accents Garland gold as well.
Next, paint the fern pieces that were trimmed in Step 1 with light pink spray paint.
Count out one Clear Square Favor Container per guest, then remove the lids. Spray paint the bottom portion of each container with the same light pink paint.
Once the paint on the DIY Unfinished Wood Large Circle Charms has dried, cut a small piece of 22-gauge jewelry wire to create an open-ended circle. Attach one end of the wire onto a Goldtone Leverback Earring and the other end through the circle charm. Use pliers to close the circle tightly to ensure they stay together. Repeat until you have a pair of two for each guest.
Now that the paint has dried on the fern leaves, use hot glue to adhere one to each of the DIY Unfinished Wood Large Circle Charms.
Next, place one pair of newly crafted earrings into each Clear Square Favor Container.
Download the Thank You for Being A Friend thank you tags here, and then print them onto white cardstock. Using a 2" craft punch or scissors, cut out one tag per favor. Next, attach one tag to the upper corner of each container with a small dot of hot glue. Add one full size fern leaf, which was cut in Step 1, to the top of each tag also using hot glue.
To create the sign, add a few dabs of hot glue to each of the two palm leaves to attach them to the back side of a Clear Acrylic Sign. If you have a cutting machine, use the Thank You For Being A Friend file here to cut the wording onto pink adhesive vinyl. If you do not have a cutting machine, simply download and print the thank you printable here and lay it behind the acrylic sign prior to adhering the palm leaves to the back. Using a pink broad tip paint marker, carefully trace over each letter. Let the paint dry and then repeat as needed to achieve an opaque coverage.
