Make a splash at your child's next Under the Sea Party with this fun and easy Under the Sea Backdrop. Layers of fabric, netting and "bubbles" add just the right amount of texture and depth to your party table!
Set up your Backdrop Stand and drape several lengths of White Tulle over the top bar.
