A simple DIY Wood Cake Pedestal is an easy way to add a little bit of the outdoors to your party table in just a few steps. I have always loved the rustic look, especially when it comes to winter themed celebrations. These cake pedestals are perfect for woodsy themed bridal showers, weddings, birthdays and holiday parties!
Apply white paint to the tips of the pinecones and let dry.
While the pinecones are drying, wrap a piece of ribbon around the middle of the Wood Pillar and secure with hot glue.
Next, wrap jute cording around the center of the ribbon several times and secure with hot glue.
Adhere the pinecone in the center with hot glue.
Next, apply a generous amount of hot glue to the top of the Wood Pillar and place the Wood Slice on top.
