I don't know about you, but S'mores are one of my favorite desserts to enjoy all year around. This delicious and super easy Skillet S'mores Dip is great for a Lumberjack and Jill Bridal Shower, camping or any celebration. And the best part is that and you don't need a campfire to make it!
- 3 C Chocolate Chips
- 1 C Crushed Graham Crackers
- 26-28 Large Marshmallows
- Graham Crackers for Dipping
- 1 tbs Coconut Oil
Generously grease the iron skillet with the coconut oil.
Spread the crushed graham crackers in the pan to create a "crust".
Next, add the chocolate chips and put the skillet in the oven. Broil on high for 3-4 minutes or until melted.

Once the chocolate is melted, top with 26-28 large marshmallows.
Broil on high for 1-2 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasted a golden brown.
Serve warm with plenty of Graham Crackers for dipping. Enjoy!
