These lantern DIY balloon centerpieces look both elegant and adorable but are an easy craft using basic party supplies! Start by removing balloon cutouts from the bulletin board set. Now, using hot glue, adhere a balloon to the front of the yellow favor bucket. This will serve as the "basket" to the balloon.
