Don't let this crazy eyed monster scare you; he's a friendly one! Ella and Annie created a monster bookmark for a super fun Halloween kids' craft. Create the monster bookmark using beginner origami. You will need construction paper, googly eyes, and glue dots. Have your kids create their own unique monster bookmark! Cut a red piece of construction paper into a 6x6" square. Fold the square into a triangle. Take both corners of the triangle (on the fold) and fold them down towards the point.
Unfold the two sides of the triangle and take one layer of the point and fold it upwards. Tuck both ends of the triangle under the point you just folded up. That is your corner bookmark!
Place a piece of white construction paper into the bookmark and trim off the excess paper until you have a small white square. Fold the square in half and cut white teeth from one end; slide the opposite end into the bookmark and glue the teeth in place. Add the googly eyes with glue dots.
