Using a foam brush, cover the Foam Cones with Mod Podge.
Generously cover the cones with Iridescent Glitter. Let dry.
Collect your characters! I set aside a Legend of the Bumble™Ornaments with Card,Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer® Cupcake Pick and pieces from the 3D Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer® Scene Craft Kit.
Now, simply hot glue the characters to the foam cones.
