This "spiked" punch recipe has all the fizz and kick you need for your Glam Punk Rock Bachelorette. The name is a fun nod to the mohawk spikes common in punk fashion. The inclusion of a spiced tea syrup is also the perfect way to capture the British Punk vibe. Serve it up with clove-spiked oranges and using the Light-Up Party Fountain to make this one party your guests will not forget!
- 1 Bottle of Vodka
- 1 Bottle of Lambrusco
- 12 oz. lemon juice
- 2 tea bags
- 3 c. sugar
- 18 oz. water
- 1 Orange
- Whole Cloves
Create a tea syrup. First brewing 2 tea bags in 12 ounces of water.
Next, remove the tea bags and add sugar while tea is still hot; stir to fully dissolve the sugar, then allow to cool.
In a large punch bowl or jug, combine the vodka, lemon juice, tea syrup and 6 ounces water.
Add several large ice cubes and stir
Add Lambrusco just before serving and stir the punch
Pour into the Light-Up Party Fountain & Cups.
Tip: Decorate the Cups with Pink Faux Leather Cording & Nylon Black Chain for an edgy punk look.
Garnish with blood orange slices studded with whole cloves.
