When the warm days of spring and summer hit, we are always drawn to lighter, fruitier cocktails for our events, and this Pomegranate Cosmopolitan is one of our new favorites! A mix of vodka, white cranberry and pomegranate juice gives this cocktail a subtly sweet flavor that no one can resist!
- 2 oz Vodka
- 2 oz White Cranberry Juice
- 1/2 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Pour the vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Add in the white cranberry juice.
Add in the pomegranate juice. Feel free to add a bit more for a darker pink color and stronger pomegranate flavor.
Finish off the cocktail with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
Shake vigorously until all ingredients are combined and then pour into a fabulous Gold Rimmed Wine Glass.
