BEST ANSWER: Must've changed this item because I thought I was ordering a plastic runner, but it came as a paper runner. Reviewed description after I received it & see where it now says paper. I'm not sure if I missed that initially or if it wasn't there when I ordered it. It's not even plastic coated and it ripped easily when I was trying to remove it from the tube it's sent in (which was nice strong thick cardboard). Will probably still add a nice pop of interest on tables, but just was not what I was expecting.
What material is this made out of?

Since you can not see the other side, is the base white with red dots or base red with white dots?

Does the color blue in this runner match with the blue plastic tablecloth sold on your website or does it match better with the navy blue tablecloth?
