Decorating is only half the fun of this DIY craft project! These durable boomerangs are perfect for an Australian outback-themed event. For best results when throwing the boomerang, grasp it in the middle holding it at the bottom of the "v".(48 pcs. per unit) 10" Plastic. We recommend using permanent markers, sold separately online.

Ages 5 & Up: Containing medium-sized pieces with the occasional angular edge, these lightweight to sturdy crafts may require some assembly such as stringing beads or gluing items to create a 3-dimensional project.

These are good for decoration only. If you're looking for a toy that flies, this isn't it.

Does not fly or return as boomerang should
Very disappointing! They definitely do not fly like a boomerang should. We bought these for a VBS giveaway but the kids quickly lost interest when they realized that it doesn't actually work as a boomerang should. We found a lot of them left laying after the event was over.

Good but Narrow
Good item overall and great price. However, I wish it was wider though, I don't think the item in the picture is the same one I got, I had planned an activity with markers + small size stickers, but after receiving the boomerangs I had to return the stickers and order "mini" stickers bc the small ones where too big. There's little space for kids to get creative and I'm not 100% sure that the design in the item pictured is even possible to achieve in the actual boomerangs I received.

great craft
Great boomerangs Doing an around the world craft club for elementary kids and these will go great with the club. Used these in the past and had the kids use q tips and paint to decorate. Not sure how well they fly but the kids love decorating them.

Permanent markers don’t work on these!
Sharpies do not work for decorating, as they can be smudged right off the slick plastic. Tried primer paint spray paint and the sharpies stuck to the primer but the paint (and sharpie) could be scratched off. Stickers work, but that’s much more costly than sharpies that we were planning to use.

Where can I find directions for throwing Boomerangs?

Boomerang exact size What are the exact sizes of these Boomerangs? We would like to put stickers on it, so I would need to know all the measurements. Thank you!

  • BEST ANSWER: The boomerangs are approximately 13/16" wide towards the ends and approximately 1 3/4" wide at the middle.
