Bend the end of a DIY Cone Shape to create a cornucopia shape.
Print out the free downloadable name tags on white cardstock. Cut out and write the name of your guests on each.
Fill the mini cornucopias with fall candies such as candy corn and foil wrapped caramels (I used red and yellow).
Add a cornucopia and name tag to each place-setting with some of the candies overflowing. Slot a burlap leaf underneath if you like.
