We recently took a fabulous trip to Paris and were so inspired by the city! We knew we wanted to translate that sense of classical elegance into a lovely, chic wedding tablescape. Set with a neutral palette of ivory and gray and hints of natural greenery, this wedding serves as the perfect inspiration for the classic spring bride looking to convey grace and style on her special day.
We set our French inspired dining table with a crisp, white table linen and then layered a sheer, gray chiffon fabric as a romantic table runner. Using various neutral tones can add quite a lot of dimension to your table without bringing in pops of color that may take away from your theme and decor.
The place settings were kept quite simple for a classically chic look. A premium white plastic dinner plate with a silver edge served as the base of our place setting. Menus for the evening were placed on top.
We adorned the menu with a piece of antique white satin ribbon and then completed the look with a Fleur-de-Lisgold wax seal. Adding in these small and simple French details is a fabulous way to pay homage to your theme without being too overt.
A French baguette was wrapped in white muslin, decorated with a small stem of boxwood greenery and set atop a premium white dessert plate.
Champagne was served in patterned champagne flutes and our French 75 Champagne Cocktail was served in classic champagne glasses. The glasses were lined in sugar and then filled with a delicious mix of vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice and champagne. You can find the recipe for this elegant cocktail here!

We created these rustic DIY Chair Backers by adhering a few DIY wood slats together then added the words "Madame" and "Monsieur" for a lovely, French touch.

We kept our table decor simple and allowed the beauty of the faux greenery and cream flowers to really stand out.
We filled in the faux eucalyptus garland with pieces of boxwood garland and intermixed faux cream roses. Round flameless candles and ivory taper candles with silvertone taper candle holder set were scattered throughout the tablescape.
Each guest took home a bundle of yummy goodies in our DIY Favor Basket. We filled baskets with various favors like a French baguette, a pint jar full of homemade raspberry jam, a miniature bottle of rosé champagne adorned with a personalized silver foil miniature bottle label and a resin wine cork place card holder.
