Do you know a newly engaged couple who loves BBQ? How about celebrating their upcoming nuptials with fun DIY BBQ themed décor? I’m excited to share how you can easily craft this rustic BBQ themed banner for an I Do BBQ celebration! Not only is it unique it pairs perfectly with the I Do BBQ collection of party decorations and supplies.
Start by painting one coat of Red paint on 5 Wood Banner Squares and let dry.
Apply images on each square. If you are an artist, you can freehand draw each animal. You can also use decals or a stencil set to paint the images on the squares. I used vinyl die cuts that I created with my cutting machine.
To add a little more rustic charm and dimension to the banner, dry brush a bit of black paint along the edges of each square.
Cut a 10 inch length of Jute Cording and thread it through the holes at the top of the wood squares. Next, tie the ends of the cording to the twine on the Burlap Garland.
Apply hot glue to each of the back of the wood squares to secure to the Burlap Garland.
Now proudly display your new I Do BBQ Banner in front of your party table! I hope you are inspired to create a fun "I Do" BBQ to celebrate an upcoming wedding.
