Start by winding the Jute Cording around the rings included in the Carnival Bottle Toss Game. Hot glue as you go and tie a knot at the end.
Secure the knot with hot glue. Repeat, making at least 4 rings total.
Cover the Carnival Bottle Toss Game with the Kraft Paper and hot glue a length of Jute Cording to the rim.
Spray paint the blue bottles with black paint.
