- 1 c. Pineapple Rum
- 6 c. Cubed Watermelon
- 1 c. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 c. Simple Syrup
- 5 Bunches Fresh Mint

To start, cut about 5 or 6 limes in half then squeeze them into a measuring cup. You'll need 1 cup of fresh lime juice for this recipe.
Slice a watermelon in half and then cut the watermelon into cubes until you have about 6 cups. Add the cubed watermelon to a blender and blend until it forms a juice. Strain to remove any seeds.
Add the mint leaves to the beverage dispenser and muddle slightly with a wooden spoon.
Next, add the pureed watermelon and stir.
Add the pineapple rum, simple syrup, club soda, lime juice
Garnish each glass with a small slice of fresh watermelon and add an adorable drink stirrer and serve them during your One In A Melon Bridal Shower! And be sure to check out the DIYs for the Watermelon Drink Stirrers and Coasters and the Dip Dyed Watermelon Backdrop!
