I love serving cocktails that blend in with a theme seamlessly and this bubbly, blushing cocktail does just that at our Galentine's Day Crafting Party. It's pale pink appearance is flirty and fun and the light, sweet taste is simply fabulous. Your guests won't believe how simple it is to concoct this sparkling libation and will raise their glasses toasting you as the hostess with the mostest!
- 1 Bottle Prosecco
- 1.5 oz. Crème de Cassis
- Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Begin by slicing fresh strawberries and adding a small spoonful into the bottom of a clear champagne glass. For a little extra pizzazz, I layered two colors of glitter to the bottom half of each glass.
Next, measure 1.5 oz Crème de Cassis and pour over the sliced strawberries.
Top off each glass with prosecco. You could also use champagne, however I am partial to the smoother taste of prosecco.
