We love Halloween so much, we decorated our rocks! And you can too! Simply Paint your rocks with acrylic paint and a flat-bristled paintbrush. Once the paint is dry, use paint markers to draw fun faces on the rocks. Glue wiggle eyes on to the rocks. Add these rocks to your outdoor Halloween décor!

When Halloween comes around I love incorporating seasonal learning activities to keep my students engaged and excited about learning. I was inspired to use googly eyes to practice words with the "oo" vowel pattern. As a class, we made a chart listing words with the /oo/ sound. I titled the chart "Words That Say BOO" and used the enormous googly eyes in the word boo. The students go the biggest kick out of the huge googly eyes.

Create an adorable Halloween Handprint Craft that can be turned into a garland with your kid's handprints! Ella and Annie made a ghost, jack-o-lantern, witch, monster and black cat. Each handprint character can be attached to twine to form a BOO-tiful fireplace garland! The perfect craft for pre-k and kindergarten. Kids can practice their fine motor coordination by tracing their handprints and decorating. We used foam sheets to trace and cut handprints for a more sturdy garland.

My kids are obsessed with slime, so we tried something new and added sand to our slime for a whole new texture. Making the corner bookmarks involves a tad bit of origami, however is suitable for beginners. Ella and Annie came up with four cute windsock crafts to get you started including a ghost, bat, jack-o-lantern and frankenstein windsock.
